Dr. Hu was born and raised on the east coast and recently moved to sunny Texas. She attended Rutgers University with a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and then earned her doctoral degree from the Illinois College of Optometry, graduating cum laude in May 2016.
She completed her externship rotations at the Brooklyn Veterans Hospital, the Illinois Eye Institute, Omni Eye Services in Iselin, NJ, and Southeast Eye Specialists in Tallahassee, Florida. Dr. Hu provides comprehensive eye exams including primary care optometry, contact lenses fitting, as well as post-operative and ocular disease management. She enjoys getting to know her patients and listening to their concerns in order to service all their eye care needs.
